Global independent manufacturer and supplier of color, additive concentrates and services for the thermoplastics industry, is looking for an appropriate candidate for the position of a:

Product Manager CEE Location: Poland

Scope of responsibilities: Effective management of the marketing, the sales & the distribution of the plastic raw material (possibly in Central Eastern Europe upon principal’s agreement extension) by coordinating & initiating efforts to achieve profit and market share goals as defined with the EMEA Director of Marketing and correlated with our principals.

The product manager is accountable to manage Profit / Loss of those product’s sales. The candidate also needs to understand the regional market dynamics and trends, and to know the impact of these on the customers business.

The product manager will also be responsible to identify and to expand distribution agreements to additional product lines which will reinforce market presence and build interesting synergies with the company’s products & customers’ portfolio.

Requirements: * Technical plastic background, preferably with mechanical orientation offering a good knowledge of injection molding proce * Good technical knowledge, especially in PC, ABS, PBT, POM resin type grades to identify market applications, to understand technical requirements faced by the customers and to be able to provide them with a solution * 3+ years sales – technical related experience in order to be able to understand customers’ needs, to identify company’s possible offerings, to properly develop & implement the marketing plan of this product line * Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German will be an asset
