For our client one of the largest chemical manufacturer in the world we are looking for Regulatory Technician.

The Regulatory Technician for the Microbial Control Division (DMC) business, at the direction of the Central Europe and Eastern Territories (CEET) Commercial Manager, is responsible for Becoming the primary regulatory local focal point in the CEET countries, working in close collaboration with DMC’s Sr. Product Stewards and also Supporting the growth of the DMC business in the CEET countries.

Regulatory Technician

• Location is Warsaw (Poland).
• Full time position
• Travel on a regional basis is required (initially Poland and progressively the other CEET the DMC business wants to growth). Maximum 30% of the time.

Your responsibilities:

• Become familiar with the DMC’s portfolio.
• Acquire the regulatory knowledge for selling biocides in Poland, and built networking with the Polish Ministry.
• Follow-up the review process of the Polish dossiers already submitted and work closely with the DMC responsible Sr. Product Stewards to ensure the products get approved in a timely manner.
• Acquire the regulatory knowledge for selling biocides in the CEET countries the DMC business intends to growth, and built appropriate networking with the corresponding Ministries.
• Work closely with the DMC responsible Sr. Product Stewards to ensure the grades recommended for shale gas get approved in a timely manner in Poland and Romania.
• Acquire knowledge on new regulations for Russia and work closely with the DMC responsible Sr. Product Stewards to ensure the DMC’s portfolio is sold in compliance.
• Work in strong collaboration with the DMC’s Sr. Product Stewards to deliver effective regulatory approaches for filing dossiers, gaining and maintaining registrations in alignment with the CEET business strategy, including the implementation of a “BPD-like” of program in 2012.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with other functions and geographic areas.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and networking with Ministries.
• Degree in chemistry or microbiology.
• Fluent (oral and written) in Polish and English. Other CEET languages skills appreciated.
