For our client, a COMMODITY PLASTICS trading company from Western Holland, we are searching for an independent COUNTRY SALES MANAGER (m/f), to run the Polish branch of the company.

COUNTRY SALES MANAGER in Warsaw

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Sales / Trade of commodity plastics - Preparing offers for clients - Concluding sales deals with clients - In lesser extend: purchase of stocks, including quality control of materials - Follow up after sales - Logistics and deliveries - Invoicing and payments - Reporting to Netherlands headquarters - Building and maintaining relations with clients and suppliers - Pro actively maintaining relations with clients – stay in frequent contact both in person, as via email and telephone - Stay insider of the market - Follow the actual issues on the market - Build and maintain relations with other traders - Basic administrative tasks: - Stock control - Invoicing

PROFILE OF CANDIDATE (m/f)

Professional - Market insider; 5-7 years experience in trade of commodity plastics in Poland - Thorough knowledge of the market of commodity plastics in Poland - Knowledge of PS, PP, PE and EPS; 1st choice, 2nd choice and recycle materials - A salesman with strong communication skills - Experienced in international trade - Knowledge of the Ukraine, Russian and Lithuanian markets is a plus - Prepared to travel in Poland and internationally

Qualifications - Higher education - Good knowledge of English or German - Knowledge of Russian is a plus - Drive license - Living max. 1 hour drive from Warsaw   Personal profile - Pleasant personality – easy to deal with - Driven and enthusiast personality - Self starter, able to work independently - Open mindset - Hands on mentality

CONDITIONS

The Country Sales Manager will manage the operations of the company in Poland, and will be working rather independent. The company’s general manager from The Netherlands will be frequent in Poland, for coaching and support.
